The above data categories are collected solely for the purpose of pre-qualifying the property and entity for state-mandated utility subsidies, rebate programs (including SMUD, SGIP, ITC, and NEM), and third-party financing. Powercore is NOT a Consumer Reporting Agency as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. We do not furnish consumer reports, and no information collected through our intake forms is used to determine creditworthiness for purposes outside of energy project financing pre-qualification. Multi-Category Opt-Out Provision

- Automated voicemails
- SMS and MMS text messages
These communications may include marketing, scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, project tracking updates, incentive program notifications, and follow-up consultations.
Voluntary Consent Disclosure: Consent to receive automated AI communications is completely voluntary and is not a strict condition of purchasing any equipment, services, or enrolling in any incentive program offered by Powercore.
